Because she regularly deals with leases, inspections, maintenance and enquiries of all kinds, Louisa has accumulated valuable insights into property management and the specific needs of both owners and tenants. Managing property in Christchurch post-earthquake has unique challenges that Louisa meets with energy and commitment. Louisa has also completed the SKILLS New Zealand Certificate for Residential Property Management.
