Working together to keep us all safe

As property managers, we deal closely with a wide range of people in many environments and the current situation has prompted us to consider how we can best keep each other safe from infection.

Feeling Sick?

  • If you are sick, or have just returned from overseas and are now in self-isolation, and you are due an inspection or a Healthy Homes Assessment, then please let your property manager know (via email) so that we can cancel the inspection.
  • This is also relevant to repairs and maintenance – if you are unwell or in self-isolation, and require urgent maintenance to the property you are in, please let your property manager know so that we can proceed with caution
  • Should you need to come into our office, we would ask that you only come in if you are well and not in self-isolation
  • Please do not attend viewings if you are unwell or in self-isolation

We will continue to monitor this very evolving situation, but we believe that with precautionary measures in place, we should be able to continue to provide the same level of service and communication you have become used to.
